Overview: Having went through their qualification campaign unbeaten they will arrive at the World Cup in confident mood. They have a solid and experienced spine to their side, with Vincent Enyeama in goal, Efe Ambrose and Joesph Yobo in defence, John Obi Mikel and Victor Moses in midfield and Emmanuel Ememike and Victor Obinna up front. However it is likely they will struggle against top teams and the lack of depth in their squad will likely count against them. They have struggled against Uruguay and Spain at the Confederations Cup but a draw against Italy in a recent friendly will give them confidence. They face a difficult task in Group F, and they will struggle to progress beyond that point.
